MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- coordinate the work of shift workers, including activities in difficult weather conditions;
- monitor the condition of the aerodrome and provide information on its airworthiness;
- organize and control aerodrome maintenance work;
- monitor activities carried out at the aerodrome and ensure compliance with flight safety requirements;
- coordinate aircraft de-icing processes and maintenance of de-icing areas;
- monitor the situation of birds and other wild animals at the aerodrome and apply preventive measures; • replace the shift manager and ensure smooth work of the shift in his absence.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- Category B driver's license;
- experience in the field of aerodrome operation and knowledge of aerodrome maintenance regulations will be considered an advantage;
- higher non-university education;
- knowledge of foreign languages;
- ability to organize work and make decisions promptly;
- impeccable reputation in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 2 working days (7:00-19:00)
- 2 working nights (19:00-7:00)
- 4 days off
