What will you do with us?
✔️You will lead the team during the shift, help it grow and feel strong;
✔️You will ensure that everything in the restaurant runs smoothly – from guest service to behind-the-scenes work;
✔️You will train new team members and share experience with existing ones;
✔️You will perform administrative work (schedules, orders, documents);
✔️You will implement the tasks assigned by the manager and contribute to the implementation of goals;
✔️ You will maintain a good atmosphere, help solve situations creatively and sincerely;
✔️I will educate the team and guests about our innovations;
✔️You will be an example – from cleanliness to service quality.
