The company invests in modern equipment and constantly improves the skills of its employees in order to achieve the best results. Currently, it invites a PRESS FOREMAN to join its team!

You will need:

  • Distribute work to shift employees and control the tasks they perform;
  • Organize, ensure and control the execution of production orders/tasks;
  • Organize shift work, based on the instructions, procedures, plans and procedures valid in the company;
  • Provide employees with raw materials and work tools;
  • Control the use, residues and demand of raw materials;
  • Ensure the consumption of raw materials according to established norms;
  • Ensure the quality of manufactured products;
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and employees;
  • Deliver unused raw materials, blanks and products to the warehouse;
  • Control reported working hours;
  • Ensure the transfer of operational information between shifts and departments;
  • Fix equipment failures and organize repairs.

We hope you:

  • Has a university/college degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree);
  • Has at least 1 year of managerial experience;
  • Has at least 2 years of work experience in the field of printing (preferred);
  • Knows Lithuanian and English at least B2 level;
  • Has experience working with Microsoft Office package and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferred).

Working hours:

I-V 8:00-17:00;
VI and VII - days off.

Fabijoniškės, Vilnius.
