Clearly allocate tasks, effectively delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth team work.
Contribute to team building: employee selection, recruitment, training, development and motivation.
Ensure the highest standard of customer service and an exceptional PANDORA customer experience.
Maintain inventory and ensure flawless display of jewelry in accordance with PANDORA brand standards.
Take care of store operational documentation: financial reports, inventories, work schedules and other operational processes.
Plan team working hours according to business needs and the established budget.
Resolve daily situations and emerging challenges promptly and professionally.
Ensure that PANDORA's standards and values are vividly reflected both in the team's work and in every relationship with the customer.

You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
You have knowledge of English - English would be an advantage.

Work 40 hours per week.
Flexible work schedule, usually 9:00–18:00, once a week 12:00–21:00.
Weekend work – 2 Saturdays per month or one full weekend, depending on the work schedule and store needs.

The salary consists of a fixed base salary and an unlimited variable part of the salary depending on the monthly sales results. Bonuses are paid every month for the achievement of sales targets.
