Danish brand PANDORA is looking for an inspiring, experienced Store Manager for its renovated concept store/isle.
In this position, you will:
- Ensure smooth management of the store's operations - from solving daily situations and ensuring professional customer service to analyzing sales results
- Ensure that the assortment of jewelry and its arrangement meet Pandora brand standards
- Select and train new team members, take care of their motivation, distribution of work and create work schedules
- Prepare store activity reports and other necessary documents and present them to management.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a store manager or at least 2 years of experience working as a deputy manager
- Advantage – experience working with fashion or luxury goods
- You are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level)
- You have the opportunity and agree to work in shifts (usually 9:00–18:00, once a week 12:00–21:00) and at least one weekend a month
- You have encountered sales indicator analysis and know what KPI is.

The offered salary is €1820 (gross) + monthly bonuses, if the store reaches the monthly targets.
