Your mission:
🍗 Lead the team and ensure a smooth shift;
🍗 Ensure that everything is done according to KFC standards – cleanliness, speed, quality;
🍗 Motivate colleagues and create a positive atmosphere;
🍗 Resolve situations “here and now” so that guests leave with a smile

We expect you to have:
🍗Experience in shift management in catering, sales or service companies;
🍗Experience with staff motivation and assessment;
🍗Sense of responsibility, accuracy;
🍗 You speak Lithuanian fluently and English well.
