Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the department and the work of employees;
- Plan resources, logistics and movement of equipment to ensure smooth operation;
- Ensure the quality of waste and secondary raw materials management services in accordance with contractual obligations;
- Analyze the department's performance indicators and submit reports to management;
- Resolve operational issues, initiate improvement measures and performance improvement;
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, participate in the search for new customers;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and manage the selection and integration of employees.
Employee requirements:
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing or construction sectors;
- Ability to plan, organize and control the work of employees and the movement of equipment;
- Knowledge of English from B1 level;
- Analytical thinking, ability to analyze performance results and prepare reports;
- Independence, responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package);
- Driver's license (category B);
- Understanding of waste, recycling or raw material management processes is an advantage.
