What awaits you?
- Administration of accounts receivable and service performance reconciliation acts;
- Administration of sales department contracts;
- Control of contract validity and fulfillment of customer obligations;
- Formation of accruals for contractual obligations;
- Management of department correspondence;
- Entering information into customer databases;
- Preparation of reports.
What do we expect?
- Administrative work experience;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent command of Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to manage and organize large information flows;
- Attentiveness, diligence, analytical skills;
- Initiative and ability to work harmoniously in a team
- Higher/higher education (business administration, management or economics - would be an advantage).
