Panevėžys Regional Manager

The SENJORO program of one of the largest non-governmental organizations, the Public Institution “National Institute of Social Integration”, aims to make positive old age a reality for Lithuanian seniors. SENJORO is currently inviting another colleague who believes in the ideas of a beautiful old age to join its team – the head of the Panevėžys region. The Panevėžys region serves more than 500 seniors in ten municipalities. The regional team consists of almost 100 individual care workers and 6 coordinators/social workers.
Main functions of the position:

–Ensure smooth and high-quality provision of senior social services in the Panevėžys region, following the positive old age methodology and quality standard;
–Ensure smooth work of the team of service coordinators and social workers, who coordinate the teams of individual care workers;
–Plan and implement the financial plan of the region;
–Contribute to the development of the organization's strategy and ensure its smooth implementation –In the Panevėžys region, achieving agreed performance indicators;
–Plan and organize activities and initiate other actions that promote the strengthening of the organization;
–Ensure the smooth implementation of projects taking place in the Panevėžys region.
–Cooperate with the Panevėžys and Utena county municipal administrations;
–Implement service development;
–Other tasks consistent with the organization's strategy.
