Idea&Design is a young, reborn interior and household goods store in Vilnius. We offer fabrics, blinds, cornices, curtains, kitchen and bathroom products, lighting and other household goods. We are a small team at the very beginning of our journey, so we invite someone who wants to grow and develop with the store to join us.
Employee requirements
Customer service and consulting in the store
Assistance in choosing household goods (fabrics, blinds, cornices, curtains, kitchen, bathroom goods, lighting, etc.)
Sales and work with the cash register system
Maintaining the order of the store and displaying goods
Communication with suppliers (orders, replenishment of goods)
Assistance in managing the online store
What we expect:
Good communication skills and a desire to help customers
Responsibility, independence, neatness
An advantage - knowledge or experience about fabrics, blinds, cornices, curtains or interior design
An advantage - previous sales or customer service experience
Assistance in choosing household goods (fabrics, blinds, cornices, curtains, kitchen, bathroom goods, lighting, etc.)

Salary from 1,000 to 1,300 € in hand, depending on results - we regularly review and raise the salary

We help people create cozy, functional homes - we offer fabrics, blinds, cornices, curtains, kitchen and bathroom products, lighting and other home interior details. We sell both in a physical store in Vilnius and online.
