Baldusale.lt invites you to join the Kaunas furniture showroom team!
Do you like communicating with people, finding out their needs and helping them choose the right furniture? We offer a variety of work in a spacious furniture showroom, a fixed salary, additional bonuses for sales and the help of a friendly team.
You will work in the Green Gallery, URMO shopping town. You will help customers choose from a wide range of upholstered and cabinet furniture, and you will be able to offer solutions suitable for their needs using the exhibition, catalogs and our online store.
5 working days a week and 2 days off in a row. You can choose one of two fixed schedules – with free weekends or free Thursdays and Fridays.
Workplace: Pramonės pr. 14, Kaunas, Green Gallery.

Fixed salary and sales bonuses
Fixed salary – €2,050 per month before taxes, approximately €1,300 in cash.
The fixed part for the entire working time rate does not depend on the sales amount achieved. This provides stability even at the beginning, while you get to know the furniture and the work procedure.
Additionally, we pay bonuses for personal sales results according to a previously discussed system. With bonuses, the total monthly remuneration can reach €1,500 in cash and more.
We do not limit the amount of bonuses. We discuss the specific procedure for their calculation and examples of earnings during the first interview.

What are you going to do:
- You will consult with salon customers, find out their needs, help them choose the right furniture and complete the purchase.
- You will present furniture designs, functions, materials, colors and possible options.
- You will fill and administer customer orders, clarify information and coordinate issues with office and warehouse colleagues.
- You will work with the cash register, order documents and leasing applications.
- You will issue goods to customers and take care of a neat, attractive showroom display.
Not only sales are important to us, but also good customer service and correctly arranged orders.
What to expect:
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to listen to the client, present the offer in a clear manner and help make a decision.
- Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to complete the work started.
- Daily computer skills – using the website, documents, spreadsheets and ordering system.
- Willingness to learn, improve sales skills and cooperate with the team.
Experience in furniture sales, especially working with kitchen furniture, is a great advantage.

CHOOSE A MORE CONVENIENT WORK SCHEDULE
We offer two fixed five-day work schedules. In both cases, two consecutive days off and the same fixed salary.
OPTION 1 – FREE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
OPTION 2 – FREE WEEKENDS
We will discuss the preferred option during the interview, and we will agree on a fixed schedule before starting work.

- Monday-Wednesday: 9:00-18:00.
- Thursday-Friday: days off.
- Saturday: 8:00-17:00.
- Sunday: 8:00-15:00.

- Saturday-Sunday: days off.
