Professional customer consultation on comfortable, orthopedic and wide-footed footwear, assessing the needs of each client's foot.

Selection of footwear according to size, width, foot characteristics, pain points, orthopedic needs.

Active sales and provision of recommendations (footwear, insoles, accessories).

Product display and display maintenance, beautiful presentation of goods according to standards.

Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store, creating a cozy environment for customers.

Preparing orders and servicing pickups (if customers pick up online orders).

Working with the cash register, cash and banking operations.

Receiving goods, checking balances, labeling.

Handling returns and exchanges according to the procedure established by the company.

Providing general assistance to team members, smooth cooperation.

Easy promotional actions: sometimes you will need to take pictures of goods, adjust the display, send a photo or information when preparing social media content or news.

Pleasant and professional communication, ability to establish rapport with the client.

Ability to listen to the client's needs and provide individual recommendations.

Responsibility and diligence - from the arrangement of the exposition to the processing of returns.

Quick orientation and ability to work independently when there is no manager.

Positive attitude towards sales - willingness to help the client choose the most suitable footwear.

Tidiness and aesthetic sense, necessary for presenting goods and photographing (advertising).

Ability to use a computer and telephone (photos, simple administrative work, cash register program).

Experience working with customers or sales - an advantage, but not necessary (we will train).

Physical fitness - sometimes you will need to lift boxes with footwear, deliver/receive shipments.

Responsible attitude towards punctuality and schedule.
