We are looking for a seller-consultant!
"Senoji Baldinė", a 26-year-old furniture retail company, is looking for a salesperson - consultant to join its team. We are looking for a team member with strong sales experience or experience in the following areas of furniture sales:
- upholstered furniture sales
- mattress sales
- kitchen set design and sales
- cabinet furniture sales

Schedule:
I-V 10-19
VI 10-17 (40 days week, 2 days off)
Working here, you will always have Sundays off and a chosen day off during the week (from Monday to Friday)
Since Saturdays are a very important trading day - we want as many of our salespeople as possible to work as a team on Saturday and bring home many victories, sales and, as you know, bonuses to your salary :)

Work specificity
In general
- Sales and consulting in physical "Seniosi Baldinė" stores;
- Administrative work - reply to e-mail Inquiries, customer letters;
- Elucidation of customer needs and effective solution of the issues;
- Processing and checking customer orders and data, in accordance with GDPR rules, using a business management system (CRM);
- Assistance in daily work in the store, in orderly exposition and warehouse support;
- Constant communication with customers live and by phone - servicing of incoming/outgoing calls (consulting on issues of services provided);
Requirements
- Experience in trade;
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language is necessary;
- Experience working with interior design or kitchen design programs (optional, but a plus);
- Good computer literacy is mandatory - skills in using e-mail, Microsoft Office programs, phone apps;

Salary
Salary in this position: 1200-2600 eur gross, according to sales results
Average salary, according to rekvizitai.lt - 2 067.74 eur gross. (August).
