We are looking for a salesperson - consultant.
"Senoji Baldinė", a 26-year-old furniture retail company, is looking for a salesperson - consultant to join its team. We are looking for a team member with strong sales experience or experience in the following areas of furniture sales:
- upholstered furniture sales
- mattress sales
- kitchen set design and sales
- cabinet furniture sales
Work location and schedule
Address: Plungė, stoties g. 33
Schedule: I-V 9-18, VI 9-15 (40 working hours per week)
Working here, you will always have Sundays off and a chosen day off during the week.
Since Saturdays are a very important trading day - we want as many of our salespeople as possible to work as a team on Saturday and bring home many victories, sales and of course - bonuses to their salary :)

Requirements
Experience in sales and customer service;
- Fluent in Lithuanian (oral and written), Samogitian is also suitable :)
- Experience working with furniture design programs (an advantage, but not mandatory);
- Very good computer literacy - skills in using email, Microsoft Office programs, phone apps;
- Politeness, empathy, desire to learn and improve.
Nature of work
- Sales and customer consultation in the physical store of "Senosios Baldinės";
- Administrative work: customer e-mail requests, letters administration, receiving calls and consulting on issues of the services provided;
- Clarification of customer needs and effective resolution of arising issues;
- Processing and checking customer orders and data, in accordance with GDPR rules, using a business management system (CRM);
- Assistance in daily work in the store, maintaining a tidy exposition and warehouse order.
