What are we looking for
DAVIVA is an automotive parts trading company operating on the market for 15 years. We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced specialist who can ensure the highest quality of customer service and smooth administration of sales processes.
Nature of work
- Customer service and consulting on car structure and spare parts.
- Acceptance of orders, administration and data entry into the company's internal systems.
- Control of delivery terms and communication with buyers.
- Work with cash registers and specialized software.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English and Russian (verbal and written).
- Excellent technical knowledge of car structure and car parts.
- Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks.
- Physical endurance (working with goods up to 30 kg).
- High emotional intelligence when communicating with customers.
- Result orientation.
