Nature of work
Professionally advise customers and sell medical clothing and footwear,
Receive goods and prepare them for sale,
Ensure order in the store and attractive display of goods,
Work at the cash register and issue invoices,
Check and update prices,
Pack and send online orders,
Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail,
Review customer complaints and claims,
Administer company accounts on social networks.

Employee requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in retail or customer service (experience in clothing sales would be an advantage),
Proficiency in Polish or English, allowing for fluent communication,
Computer literacy and willingness to learn to work with new tools,
Ability to work with people and collaborate in a team,
Independence, initiative, creativity and engagement,
Orientation towards the implementation of sales goals,
High communication culture, responsibility and reliability.
