Your daily activities:
- Consulting Karcher showroom customers about Karcher products, product demonstration and comprehensive assistance in selecting and selling the most suitable cleaning equipment;
- Maintaining product display: arranging and maintaining order in display cases, checking product quality, prices, performance, ensuring order and safety;
- Receiving equipment for repair and returning it, communicating with customers during repairs, consulting on the use, maintenance and repair of Karcher products;
- Ordering, receiving, checking quantity and quality of goods, spare parts, equipment accessories;
- Store inventory, managing product balances, conducting purchases and sales in accounting and CRM programs;
- Working on a rotating schedule I-V 08:00 - 19:00, VI 10:00 - 15:00.
We expect from you:
- Experience in sales or customer service and a “win-win” approach to customer relations;
- Excellent communication skills, organization and responsibility;
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English;
- Computer literacy, knowledge of CRM or other specialized programs;
- Ability to work on Saturdays with a flexible work schedule.
