Salesperson - consultant in PANDORA stores in Vilnius (0.75/ 1 full-time position)

What will your role be?

As a PANDORA sales consultant, you will be one of the most important brand representatives for the customer. Your goal is not only to sell, but also to help each customer discover jewelry that will become part of a special story.

Your main responsibilities:

🤝 Serve customers in a professional and pleasant manner, clarify their needs and provide appropriate advice.
💎 Help customers choose PANDORA jewelry products and create a memorable shopping experience.
🎯 Achieve individual and store sales goals and contribute to the overall team results.
🛍️ Ensure that products are properly displayed and the store meets PANDORA brand standards.
✨ Maintain a tidy and aesthetic store environment.
💳 Work with the cash register and perform other daily store operations tasks.
🤝 Actively cooperate with the team and contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
📚 Be interested in PANDORA products, participate in training and constantly deepen your knowledge.

You have sales or customer service experience - experience in jewelry or retail would be a great advantage.
You like to communicate, you are able to listen to the customer and understand their needs.
You are customer and result-oriented.
You are able to work in a team and contribute to a common goal.
You are responsible, meticulous and attentive to details.
You adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and are not afraid of an active work pace.
You communicate fluently in Lithuanian.
Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
You have experience working with a cash register and are familiar with basic store processes - this would be a great advantage.
You are ready to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
