What does a workday look like for us?
- We communicate a lot with customers – we advise, answer questions and help them choose what is really right for them (sometimes there is a lot of choice 🙂)
- We work with the cash register and ensure smooth checkout
- We make sure that the store is tidy, clear and attractive to the customer
- We contribute to preparing goods for sale and their correct arrangement
- We also perform other tasks – from maintaining the order and cleanliness of the warehouse to e-orders or communication with other departments
👉 The work is varied – the days are not the same

- You like to communicate with customers and do it naturally – not “according to a script”, but humanly
- You are able to listen and understand what the customer really needs

The salary consists of an hourly wage and unlimited bonuses, depending on the results.
💰 Hourly wage – from €7.15/hour (gross), depending on experience and competencies
👉 Average salary with bonuses (full-time) – around €1,300–1,600 (gross) and more
🚀 The best sellers earn up to €1,800–2,000 (gross) and more
