Our company is a designer and retailer of luxury jewelry with diamonds, sapphires, tanzanites, emeralds and other precious stones. We have 4 physical stores, where we offer our customers not only exclusive jewelry, but also impeccable service.
We are currently inviting a sales consultant to join our team, who creates an exceptional experience for our customers and helps them discover special jewelry.
Main responsibilities:
We are currently inviting a sales consultant to join our team, who creates an exceptional experience for our customers and helps them discover special jewelry.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales goals;
- Follow the company's customer service standard;
- Consult customers and sell jewelry from the exhibition;
- Coordinate private orders and ensure individual service;
- Provide the highest level of customer service experience;
- Maintain order in the store and maintain the exhibition.
Employee requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in sales (experience in luxury goods or jewelry is a great advantage);
- You are focused on results and customer satisfaction;
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You speak Lithuanian perfectly;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage;
- Able to work in a team and achieve common goals;
- Can work on a flexible schedule.
