The nature of the work of a salesperson/consultant
- Professional customer consultation and active sales.
- Working with the cash register and sales program "Optimum" and the company's "Odoo" system.
- Receiving goods, monitoring balances and preparing replenishment orders.
- Aesthetic arrangement of goods and maintaining store order.
- Solving everyday organizational issues and unexpected situations.

Additional responsibilities of a senior salesperson
- Supervision of the activities of both Vilnius stores.
- Organization of work and ensuring customer service standards.
- Organization and control of the cash register, product balances, main assortment and additional products, support and orders, product layout, store order.
- Assistance in training employees and resolving issues.
- Informing the manager about sales results, customer needs and operational
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Experience in retail, customer service or sales.
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Responsibility, independence, initiative and attention to detail.
- Interest in home textiles, interior design and quality products.
- Willingness to work in both Vilnius stores on a rotating schedule.
