Seller - consultant Gourmet mushrooms in the market in Vilnius
In Vilnius, at the OUTLET PARK shopping center, we are looking for a seller - consultant to work in the Gourmet mushrooms market.
This is a position for someone who wants not only to "work hours", but also to see the direct result of their work: in customer reactions, sales, returning customers and their earnings.
We work with exclusive products created in Lithuania: mushroom drinks, coffee, matcha, cocoa, mushroom powder, extracts, capsules and other products from our mushroom farm and production.
What do we offer?
Salary:
7.50–9.00 Eur/hr. gross, depending on experience, responsibility and independence.
Additionally, a motivational bonus system is applied for the results of the physical store. This means that better sales results of the team are directly reflected in additional earnings.
Bonuses are calculated according to a clear internal procedure.

There is no large corporation here, where an employee becomes only a small part of the system.
You will work in a small team of 2-3 people, so it will be possible to coordinate the schedule according to the total employment of the team.

Nature of work
Customer service and consulting in a physical sales area.
Product delivery according to prepared information and training.
Working with the cash register / POS system.

Wolt / Bolt order administration: accepting orders, collecting, packing and handing over goods to the courier.
