YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consulting customers about Xiaomi products: smartphones, accessories, smart home appliances, and other devices.
- Active participation in the sales process and offering services.
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring that products are presented professionally.
- Performing cashier operations and serving customers during checkout.
- Resolving customer technical issues and assisting with using devices.
YOUR MOST IMPORTANT COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCES:
- Interest in the latest technologies - an advantage, if you have knowledge of Xiaomi products.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help the customer find the best solution.
- Organization, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve a common goal.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
