You will be responsible for:
- Assistance in preparing commercial offers;
- Coordination of contracts with customers and within the company;
- Filling in product inquiries, preparing and sending product samples to customers;
- Collection of delivery documents (CMR) from customers;
- Data entry into internal systems;
- Management of customer databases, updating information and ensuring accuracy;
- Assistance in administering inquiries from Polish and German companies, as well as current issues.
We hope that by joining us:
- Have a university degree or equivalent in business management and administration, economics or similar fields;
- Have experience in sales, customer service, administration;
- Able to work smoothly in a dynamic environment, quickly absorb new information and can manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Be proactive, independent and responsible;
- Speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently;
- Have good computer skills;

The group of companies is currently implementing the largest development project in its history. The majority of the investment – more than 97 million euros – is intended for the modernization and expansion of the UAB GrigeoTissue factory in Grigiškės. After the project is implemented, the volume of toilet paper production will double, which will further strengthen the position of the company and the entire group in international markets.
