You will be responsible for:
- Entering contract and invoice data into systems;
- Managing and updating the customer database and ensuring the accuracy of information;
- Preparing sales documentation (contracts, proposals, reports, presentations);
- Preparing and sending samples to customers;
- Assistance in preparing sales reports, forecasts and analyses for management;
- Assistance in implementing promotions, price list updates, preparing advertising campaigns;
- Cooperation with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
- Assistance in organizing meetings, events or business trips for the sales team;
- Administrative assistance to the sales team in daily activities.
We hope that by joining us you will:
- Have a university degree or equivalent in business management and administration, economics or similar fields;
- Have experience in sales, customer service, administration or office management;
- Able to work smoothly in a dynamic environment, quickly absorb new information and can manage several tasks at the same time;
- Are proactive, independent and responsible;
- Speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently;
- Have good computer skills.
