- Forming a sales team, searching for and selecting new team members if necessary.
- Actively empowering the team, taking responsibility for achieving quantitative/qualitative goals for the region.
- Ability to delegate tasks to the team and monitor their implementation.
- Responsibility for improving the goals pursued by the team.
- Continuous monitoring of the target market, reaction to its changes and analysis of the competitive environment.
- Ensuring feedback to both the team and your direct manager.

- Product sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong results orientation.
- Effective planning of own and team working time.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Driver's license (manual gearbox).
