Nature of work
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for public procurement (applications, forms, qualification documents).
- Analyze procurement conditions, technical specifications, requirements.
- Collect information about our products, technical data, certificates.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers, customers and the sales team regarding the necessary documents.
- Monitor CVP IS, identify relevant tenders.
- Administer contracts and documentation after winning procurements.
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
Requirements
We expect that:
- have a higher education;
- have excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills (B2 level or higher) (written and oral);
- are attentive to details and able to ensure that documents comply with the established requirements;
- have analytical thinking and information structuring skills;
- communicate easily and smoothly in writing and verbally and know how to work in a team;
- have good time planning and organizational skills;
- experience with the preparation of public procurement documentation is an advantage;
- are willing to learn the specifics of technical products and delve into the public procurement process.
