Nature of work:
- Working with Lithuanian and foreign markets, searching for sales opportunities and partners, active sales
- Active customer search, selection, communication in order to present the company and its products
- Negotiating in search of a mutually beneficial agreement, achieving effective sales
- Forming long-term business relationships, creating your own customer basket
- Full management of sales projects from proposal and order to sale and delivery
- Preparation and coordination of necessary documentation, estimates, commercial offers, contracts
- Visiting customers and project implementation objects, ensuring smooth sales/implementation progress
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of managerial, sales experience
- Successful experience in sales, customer search, negotiations, sales support
- Good knowledge of English to ensure quality communication
- Good communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail
- Analytical thinking, quick orientation, ability to learn and plan work and time to complete it
- Education - managerial / technical / engineering
- Experience in sales of technical products, working with estimates, reading drawings is considered a huge advantage
- Results orientation, ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of other languages is considered a huge advantage
- Wish and opportunity to travel
- Driver's license
