Nature of work:
- Cooperation with clients, providing them with all necessary information and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
- Conducting project presentations and organizing apartment inspections, providing detailed information about project features and solutions.
- Implementing sales goals in our most active real estate projects, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales process.
- Preparing proposals for clients, coordinating pricing and preparing individual solutions according to client needs.
- Administration of contracts and reservations, ensuring document accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales and the ability to independently manage sales processes.
- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills, ensuring professional relationships with clients.
- Responsible, proactive and result-oriented work style, characterized by prompt response and empathy.
Advantages:
- Good knowledge of English and/or Russian, allowing you to communicate smoothly with various clients.
- Experience working with MS Office programs and CRM systems.
- Driver's license and access to a car for movement between the represented real estate projects.
