- Market analysis, segmentation and insights to shape the company's strategy
- Active search for new customers and projects in Lithuania and abroad
- Negotiations with existing and potential partners
- Participation in international exhibitions, meetings and presentations
- Close cooperation with the marketing team
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of proposals
- Cooperation with project and production teams, helping customers solve business challenges
Employee requirements
We are looking for someone to join our team who:
- Has experience in sales or project management (especially in the areas of shipbuilding, repair or industrial projects)
- Communicates well in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Is able to build relationships and adapt to different people and situations
