Our client is a high-tech rental company operating in Lithuania and one of the leaders in this field in the Baltic States. The company's branches operate in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Mažeikiai, and services are provided throughout Lithuania.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Project Manager to join the Klaipėda team, ensure smooth customer service, help coordinate equipment rental orders and contribute to the daily activities of the Sales Project Manager.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in customer service or administration.

Job Description
- Professional customer service by phone, e-mail and in the company's department.
- Acceptance and administration of customer inquiries and equipment rental orders.
- Preparation of rental agreements, equipment issuance and return acts and other documents.
- Monitoring equipment occupancy, availability and balances.
- Administration of customers, orders and other information in the company's systems.
- Assistance to Sales Project Managers in coordinating ongoing projects.
- Ensuring smooth communication between customers and company departments.
- Prompt resolution of daily issues and situations.

What do we expect from you?

- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration or sales coordination.
- You are able to communicate professionally with customers and solve their issues.
- You are a responsible, organized, meticulous and detail-oriented person.
- You are able to independently plan work, manage several tasks at once and set priorities.
- You work well with a computer and quickly master new systems.
- You have a higher or higher education.
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
- You want to learn, improve and grow in the field of sales in the future.
