We are currently inviting an energetic Sales Project Manager to join the team in Vilnius!

NATURE OF WORK:

  • You will carry out active sales of finishing solutions, search for and attract new business clients: you will make calls, organize meetings, give product presentations, prepare commercial offers, prepare contracts.
  • You will maintain relationships with existing clients and partners (architects, furniture manufacturers, etc.).
  • You will develop close relationships with suppliers to receive individual offers according to project needs.
  • You will represent the company: you will participate in negotiations with existing and potential clients and partners.
  • With the help of the administration, you will ensure that projects are successfully implemented (material selection, production coordination, coordination of conditions with furniture suppliers, etc.).
  • You will actively participate in the formation of the company's catalog of materials, you will be an expert in the offered goods, able to offer the client the most suitable solution according to his needs.

  • Salary, which would consist of a fixed part (2000–2800 EUR/month gross) and a bonus depending on the work results.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES;

  • Experience in active sales, B2B segment. Experience in decoration, furniture sector is a big advantage.
  • You are able to plan and manage time, you are focused on achieving results.
  • You are communicative, curious and ready to learn.
  • You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, good knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • You are proficient in basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Category B driver's license.

2000-2800 €/mon. gross
