Nature of work
- Active search for new B2B customers and management of the entire sales process
- Presenting Logifly solutions to potential customers (remotely and live)
- Creating and developing long-term relationships with existing customers
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating and coordinating contracts
- Working with the CRM system and managing sales data
- Collaborating with the internal team to achieve the best solution for the customer
Employee requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in active sales (B2B – a big advantage)
- Experience in selling technological or business solutions – an advantage
- Ability to independently plan time and achieve goals
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and long-term relationship-building
- Good command of English (Polish / Estonian / Latvian – an advantage)
- Great desire to learn, improve and grow
- Work from the office 90% of the time from working hours
