Nature of work

  • Active search for new B2B customers and management of the entire sales process
  • Presenting Logifly solutions to potential customers (remotely and live)
  • Creating and developing long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Preparing commercial offers, negotiating and coordinating contracts
  • Working with the CRM system and managing sales data
  • Collaborating with the internal team to achieve the best solution for the customer

Employee requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in active sales (B2B – a big advantage)
  • Experience in selling technological or business solutions – an advantage
  • Ability to independently plan time and achieve goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented and long-term relationship-building
  • Good command of English (Polish / Estonian / Latvian – an advantage)
  • Great desire to learn, improve and grow
  • Work from the office 90% of the time from working hours
