Nature of work
- Assisting the sales manager in daily work with existing and new customers
- Preparation of commercial offers, price lists and order documents
- Communication with customers and suppliers by e-mail and telephone (in English and Russian)
- Tracking the progress of orders: from order confirmation to delivery
- Cooperation with logistics partners and warehouse
- Data entry and management (Excel, CRM system)
Employee requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory (written and spoken, working level)
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, email)
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and plan your time
- Desire to learn and grow in the sales field
Advantages (not required, but we will appreciate it)
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale or logistics
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Experience working with CRM systems
