We are growing and are looking for a Sales Specialist to help us reach more qualified customers and build long-term relationships with them.

Your duties:
This is a hands-on B2B sales position where you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from finding a potential opportunity to closing the deal and maintaining a long-term relationship with the client.
- You will search for and develop new business opportunities in Europe and international markets.
- You will contact potential clients – airlines, MRO organizations, aviation training departments.
- You will understand the needs of clients and offer individually tailored training solutions (not standard offers).
- You will organize and conduct meetings with clients – remotely and in person.
- You will build long-term partnerships, not just one-off deals.
- You will monitor the market and competitors' actions.
- You will work closely with training and operations teams to deliver what was promised to clients.
Requirements for candidates
You don't need to know what a borescope is (yet). However, it is important that you are able to quickly understand new areas, genuinely enjoy communicating with customers and take responsibility for your results.

- You have experience in B2B sales, customer service / success or business development.
- You have excellent English (B2 + level) and are fluent in Lithuanian or Russian, both written and spoken.
- You are organized, independent and able to manage several clients at the same time.
- You are customer-oriented: you solve problems, not just complete tasks.
- You are good at using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Experience in aviation, engineering or technical fields.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
