Your main responsibilities will be:
- Active search for new clients and development of business opportunities in the Lithuanian, Baltic and European markets;
- Building long-term relationships with companies in the manufacturing and logistics sector;
- Presentation and sale of automation, robotization and production efficiency solutions to business clients;
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with teams of engineers, robotics specialists and estimators;
- Coordination of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Analysis of market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience;
- Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to understand production processes, automated systems and translate technical solutions into clear benefits for the client;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills;
- Skills in working with the MS Office suite;
- Experience in working with CRM systems or understanding of their operation;
- Category B driver's license;
- Willingness to travel (about 20% of working time);
- Independence, initiative and result orientation.
