What will you do in this position?
You will communicate with customers on a daily basis, advise them on hearing solutions and help them find the most suitable solution for their needs.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- advise customers on hearing aids and other hearing solutions;
- perform hearing tests and select the most suitable hearing aids;
- fit and adjust hearing aids using software;
- take ear impressions;
- maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure professional service;
- record sales and information in systems;
- contribute to the development of a warm and professional customer service standard.

Higher education would be an advantage, especially in the field of healthcare or medicine.
Experience in direct sales or customer consulting would also be a great advantage, but the most important thing is your motivation, warm communication and desire to grow with the team.

- are focused on results and quality customer service;
- want to learn and improve;
- are able to work independently and responsibly;
- have good computer skills.
