Sales Manager

We expect the candidate to:
● provide professional and warm customer service;
● advise customers on gravesite installation issues of concern to them, selecting the goods and services that best meet their needs;
● conduct sales to achieve the best possible results;
● maintain the sales area, create a cozy atmosphere in the store, and ensure order;
● work carefully with the cash register and cash;
● ensure smooth processes for receiving goods and preparing goods for sale;
● perform assigned tasks with high quality;
● work with the CRM system;
● analyze your results and, with the help of managers, seek solutions to achieve goals.

We expect that you:
● are a responsible and attentive person;
● are able to communicate warmly and persuasively;
● have professional and warm customer service;
● have computer skills;
● speak Russian / Polish (advantage);
● work experience in customer service or sales (advantage).
