Nature of work:
- Active search for new B2B customers and identification of new business opportunities.
- Establishing initial contact with potential customers and building long-term business relationships.
- Managing the full sales process: from the first contact to signing the contract and transferring the project to implementation.
- Analyzing customer needs.
- Preparing, presenting and negotiating commercial offers.
- Managing the sales funnel.
- Cooperating with technologists and production teams to assess the feasibility of projects.
- Coordinating the transfer of orders to production and ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Constant communication with customers regarding project progress, deadlines and changes.
- Managing customer expectations and strengthening long-term cooperation.
- Working with the CRM system.
- Analyzing the market, competitors and customer needs.
