Klaipėda - UAB „Advantus“
Our client UAB DUSĖTAI, which operates the furniture and interior solutions chain "Baldai Namams" with many years of experience, is expanding its operations in Klaipėda. We are looking for a responsible team member who would be responsible for sales development through close cooperation with interior professionals and real estate developers.

Nature of work:

  • Partner development: Actively establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term relationships with architects, designers and real estate project developers.
  • Project management: Selection of individual furniture and interior solutions, preparation of commercial offers and full transaction administration.
  • Consulting: Professional customer service in the showroom, helping to choose cabinet and upholstered furniture according to their needs.
  • Event coordination: Organization of targeted educational presentations and collaboration events in the showroom spaces.
  • Sales promotion: Active search for partners using professional networks and direct communication.
  • Exhibition maintenance: Maintaining the aesthetic environment of the showroom and constant interest in the latest furniture assortment.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in sales or customer service (experience in the furniture or interior sector would be a great advantage).
  • Ability to independently plan your time, organize meetings and achieve set results.
  • Understanding of interior design processes and the ability to technically argue proposed solutions.
  • High communication skills, responsible approach to promises to partners and clients.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
