About the position:
We are looking for someone who can help our sales team operate more efficiently – collect information about ongoing projects, follow current events and translate all this into clear tasks for salespeople. This is a position for those who like structure, numbers and information management. This is an internal position – you will not communicate with clients directly, but you will be an important link in ensuring that the entire sales team operates efficiently. Work in our office in Vilnius, during administrative working hours.
Your daily tasks:
- Search for objects, tenders and market information from external sources (databases, project newsletters, social networks, portals)
- Monitoring of current construction objects and contacts, forming tasks for sellers
- Analysis of CRM records, actions, sales data, preparation of reports
- Close daily cooperation with customer service, sales, marketing teams
- Preparation of offer templates, standard contracts
- Credit and debt control (inquiries, reminders, checking lists)
- Market monitoring: analysis of trends, competitors, public procurement
- Other organizational, informational and support actions in the sales team
