Nature of work
- Working with the accommodation registration program Sabeeapp (we train), accepting, approving reservations, administering, filling out reports.
- Administering payment for services provided, preparing and sending invoices.
- Communication with customers, providing information by phone and e-mail
- Monitoring competitors' activities, making suggestions to the manager regarding improving services and the company's image.
- Organizing external company communication: website maintenance, advertising optimization and ordering, sending newsletters, etc.
- Organizing internal company communication: preparing internal procedures and relevant information and timely providing them to guests and employees.
Please note that we are looking for an employee for a long-term employment relationship, the offered work is not seasonal.
Employee requirements
- Experience in hotel/hostel reception or administration - an advantage
- Ability to communicate in Lithuanian and English (Russian would be an advantage)
- Ability to work independently
- Responsibility, ability to solve problems and willingness to learn
- Computer skills (we will train you to work with the hotel program);
- Quick orientation and ability to organize work;
- Knowledge of cultural communication, customer service and work ethics.
- Have a category B driving license
- Ability to work full-time
