Nature of work
Innocent PRO is an international coffee and coffee equipment wholesaler representing the “illy” brand in Lithuania. We are looking for someone who likes order, processes and clearly executed work.
This is not a sales position. This is an administrative link that supports the entire sales operation in Lithuania: from order to delivery, from entering a new customer into the system to coordinating equipment service.

What you will do every day:
- You will receive and process customer orders in the system (Hansa World)
- You will coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and logistics partners
- You will issue invoices and track payments
- You will register service calls and coordinate technicians and equipment installation
- You will maintain a customer database, contracts and equipment accounting
- You will monitor public procurement and help prepare proposals
Employee requirements
- Experience in similar work (administration, order management, logistics coordination) — at least 1 year
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English (B2+) — we communicate with the Latvian office on a daily basis
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Organization, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Advantage: experience with ERP systems or HoReCa / coffee sector
