HERE EVERYDAY:
- Communicate with customers via email – accept orders, answer questions and help find solutions;
- Ensure order accuracy – enter information into the system and ensure that it is correct;
- Close to sales – work with the Key Account team on a daily basis to ensure that customer needs are heard and met;
- Solve real customer situations – consult, respond to emerging issues and seek the best solution;
- Work with customer data – update information, collect and process data, prepare reports;
- See more than one order – contribute to other work and services that Sanitex provides to customers.
WE ARE MOST LIKELY TALKING ABOUT YOU IF:
- You know how to talk to people. You are able to communicate clearly, hear the client's needs and not get lost when you have to solve several issues at once;
- You are attentive to details. Accuracy is important in orders, so you notice things that others may not notice;
- Technology does not hold you back. You are good at computers, Microsoft Office programs and especially Excel;
- You are solution-oriented. You notice a problem and think not "what happened?", but "what can we do?";
- You are a person who wants to improve. You have a higher or higher education, and at the same time - ambition, curiosity and a desire to grow;
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not a necessity. The most important thing is the desire to communicate, learn and help the client.
