Sales Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Sales Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will provide analytical insights on which strategic decisions will be made.

What will your workday look like?

• Improvement and automation of the sales analytics system using Power BI and other tools
• Calculation of sales plans, goals, performance indicators and reporting
• Analysis of sales results and making suggestions on how to effectively increase sales and plan them
• Calculation of sales promotion goals and results, making conclusions and suggestions
• Participation in projects and modeling of sales-related processes/indicators
• Continuous communication with sales department managers
• Collaboration with IT specialists and ordering, coordinating, testing and implementing necessary changes in IT systems

• Higher university education (in mathematics, data analytics, etc.)
• Work experience with large amounts of data and database management programs, such as Business Objects or others. (would be an advantage)
• Leadership, initiative and goal orientation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to visualize data (Power BI skills)
• Ability to work independently, provide conclusions and suggestions
• Good knowledge of English

Salary: from 2500- 3300 Eur (before taxes) depending on the employee's competencies and experience.
