In this position you:
- Coordinate customer and sales information in the CRM system and ensure its accuracy.
- Independently prepare and administer commercial offers and other sales documentation.
- Administer customer inquiries and orders from A to Z - track documents, deadlines and task completion.
- Collect and systematize information necessary for the preparation of offers, tenders and projects.
- Monitor public procurement tenders and coordinate information necessary for participation.
- Communicate with customers and partners in Lithuania and abroad.
- Coordinate information between sales, production, engineering, supply and other teams, ensuring smooth process execution.
We hope you:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, commercial administration or similar field.
- Have practical experience in preparing commercial proposals and sales documentation.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously, follow deadlines and ensure their completion.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- You are meticulous, structured, independent and proactive.
- Take responsibility for the result and do not wait for a reminder when the process requires your action.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
It is a big advantage if you have:
- Experience working with CRM / ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the public procurement process or practical experience working with public procurement.
- Experience in the manufacturing, technology or engineering sector.
