In this position you:
- Coordinate customer and sales information in the CRM system and ensure its accuracy.
- Prepare and administer commercial offers and other sales documentation.
- Collect, systematize and update information necessary for the preparation of offers, tenders and projects.
- Monitor public procurement tenders and coordinate information necessary for participation in them.
- Prepare reports, tables and other information related to the sales process.
- Communicate with customers and partners in Lithuania and abroad regarding documentation, deadlines and other relevant issues.
- Cooperate with production, engineering and other teams, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
We hope you:
- Have at least 1-2 years of work experience in sales coordination, commercial administration, customer service or similar field.
- Able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing.
- Have experience working with MS Office programs.
- Be responsible, meticulous and attentive to details.
- Able to plan your time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Have a structured approach to work and are result-oriented.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
