Nature of work
Assistance to the sales team in daily activities;
Preparation of commercial offers, contracts and other documentation;
Administration of orders and control of their execution;
Communication with customers by phone and e-mail;
Analysis of customer needs and assistance in selecting suitable products;
Data entry, preparation of reports and sales analyses;
Administration of information about products, prices, packaging and balances;
Assistance in preparing tender materials, offers and other documents for public procurement; Cooperation with logistics, supply and other departments of the company.

Employee requirements
You have knowledge in pharmacy, medicine, biomedicine or another related field;
You quickly understand the specifics of medicines, medical devices and pharmaceutical products;
You are familiar with product descriptions, active ingredients, dosages and packaging;
You have work experience in the field of pharmacy, medicine or healthcare (an advantage);
You are meticulous, responsible and able to manage a large flow of information;
You are able to work within set deadlines and set priorities;
You have good communication and organizational skills;
You work well with MS Office, especially Excel;
Experience working with public procurement, CPO or healthcare institutions is a great advantage.
