What will daily tasks look like?
- Administer customer orders – register new ones and monitor existing ones.
- Organize product orders and control delivery times.
- Ensure that ordered products reach customers on time.
- Coordinate the delivery of additional materials related to the order.
- Prepare and send technical documentation and commercial offers.
- Coordinate product return processes and manage warehouse balances.
- Work with project sales managers, warehouse, logistics and other colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Report to the head of the purchasing department.
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education; in the construction or engineering field would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales.
- Work experience in the field of construction, engineering networks or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Experience working with projects of different sizes and coordinating them.
- Very good English language skills.
- Good working skills with MS Office programs, CRM and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, responsibility, initiative and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
