What will you do after joining the team?
- You will assist sales managers in daily cargo transportation (Western Europe) processes.
- You will prepare commercial offers, systematize data and manage sales documentation.
- You will maintain prompt communication with foreign partners and customers by phone and e-mail.
- You will monitor the progress of order fulfillment and help promptly resolve non-standard situations that arise.
We hope that:
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar assistant, sales or customer service position.
- Experience in logistics or transport is a big advantage.
- You are fluent in English (another foreign language would be an advantage).
- You are a sociable, innovative person, able to work in a team.
- You have good computer literacy skills (you feel confident in Excel).
- You want to improve, are interested in the international logistics sector and are result-oriented.
